1. Who we are
Drezen Technology (“Drezen”, “we”, “us”) is the data controller for personal data collected through drezentechnology.com. Our registered address is 1200 Innovation Parkway, Suite 480, Austin, TX 78758, United States.
For privacy questions, contact privacy@drezentechnology.com.
2. What we collect
Information you give us

- Newsletter subscriptions: email address.
- Job applications: anything you include in your email and attachments.
Information collected automatically

3. Why we process it, and our lawful basis
| Purpose | Lawful basis (UK/EU GDPR) |
|---|---|
| Responding to your enquiry | Steps prior to entering a contract; legitimate interests |
| Sending the newsletter | Consent (withdrawable at any time) |
| Assessing job applications | Steps prior to entering a contract; legitimate interests |

4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small number of cookies. Strictly necessary cookies support core site function and your theme preference. Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation enabled and advertising signals disabled by default.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect site function.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers acting on our instructions under a data processing agreement:
- Hosting and delivery — our hosting provider processes requests and stores server logs.
- Email delivery — our transactional email provider delivers form notifications.
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4 and our performance monitoring provider.
- CRM — where configured, enquiry details are forwarded to our customer relationship management system.
Complete this list. Name each sub-processor, its role, and its data location before publishing. An incomplete sub-processor list is one of the most common GDPR compliance gaps.
6. International transfers
Some providers process data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses with supplementary measures where required. You can request details of the mechanism used for any specific transfer.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become clients: 24 months from last contact.
- Client records: for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years, to meet contractual and tax obligations.
- Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe, then 30 days.
- Unsuccessful job applications: 12 months, unless you ask us to keep them longer.
- Server logs: 90 days.
8. How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access is limited to staff who need it, under least-privilege controls with multi-factor authentication. We maintain logging, run regular security testing, and have an incident response process that includes notifying you and the relevant supervisory authority where required.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request erasure
- Restrict or object to processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing
- Opt out of sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA)
To exercise any of these, email privacy@drezentechnology.com. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office.
10. Children
Our services are directed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our processing changes. Material changes will be notified on this page with a revised “last updated” date, and by email where we hold your address and the change affects you.
